Treat yourself to an afternoon away from it all with this light and inspiring course. Enjoy meditations, guided by a western Buddhist nun and experienced meditation teacher, designed to bring about an experience of peace and well-being from within.

General information

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The courses comprise two one-hour sessions with a coffee/tea break with a chance to ask questions and browse our book shop.

Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness. Learn how reduce depression, anxiety, worry, stress and tension. And how to increase self-esteem, confidence, and inner good qualities. Meditation and mindfulness helps us to relax, find inner peace and be happier. Mental and physical well-being is improved as well as gaining a more positive outlook on life and better relationships.

Teacher: Kelsang Rak-ma is an English Buddhist nun with over 16 years’ experience of teaching meditation.
