The Illusion of Loneliness

It’s common to feel disconnected, isolated or lonely. On this practical course, with talks and guided meditations, we’ll discover how our perception of ourselves as separate from others is an illusion, for in truth we are all naturally and profoundly interconnected.

Inner Peace – one breath at a time

Saturday 17 March, 10.30am-1.00pm

Join us on this short course to discover peace from within. Guided meditations and practical advice to help let go of the busyness of life and reconnect with the natural stillness and positivity of a tranquil mind.

General information

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. Each course comprises two one-hour sessions with a coffee/tea break with a chance to ask questions and browse our book shop.

Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness. Learn how reduce depression, anxiety, worry, stress and tension. And how to increase self-esteem, confidence, and inner good qualities. Meditation and mindfulness helps us to relax, find inner peace and be happier. Mental and physical well-being is improved as well as gaining a more positive outlook on life and better relationships.
