Freedom from stress & worry

Saturday September 16th, 10.30am – 1.00pm

Stress and worry are parts of the mind, unpleasant feelings that arise in response to challenging situations. Meditation can help us to develop a more productive set of responses so that we free ourselves of these unhelpful mental habits.

This half-day workshop will include guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply meditation to all our daily activities. It is a great introduction to mindfulness and meditation.

The course comprises two one hour sessions with tea / coffee break
