Treat yourself to a morning away from it all with this light and inspiring course. Enjoy guided meditations, guided by an experienced meditation teacher, designed to bring about an experience of peace and well-being from within.

General information

There are many things to do in Huntingdon. We now offer meditation and mindfulness classes and courses in the town centre. Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The courses comprise two one-hour sessions with a coffee/tea break with a chance to ask questions and browse our book shop.

Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness. Learn how reduce depression, anxiety, worry, stress and tension. And how to increase self-esteem, confidence, and inner good qualities. Meditation and mindfulness helps us to relax, find inner peace and be happier. Mental and physical well-being is improved as well as gaining a more positive outlook on life and better relationships.
