Mindfulness in daily life

Saturday November 25th, 10.30am – 1.00pm

Living in the present allows us to begin to access the deeper levels of our mind. Understanding Buddha’s teachings on impermanence helps us to let go of our daily problems and enables us to live in the moment even when experiencing difficulties.

This half-day workshop will include guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply meditation to all our daily activities. It is a great introduction to mindfulness and meditation.

The course comprises two one hour sessions with tea / coffee break
