Shelter from the storm

Saturday 17 March, 10.30am – 3.00pm

Drolma Buddhist Centre, Peterborough

The beautiful mind of refuge is at the heart of the Buddhist path. With this mind, we turn with deep faith and trust to Buddha, his timeless teachings and our spiritual companions as actual protection from pain and problems. In doing so, we discover a bedrock of wisdom and love that will never let us down.

This course works well on its own but, if you wish to deepen your experience of refuge, you are warmly welcome to come along to the free guided retreat day on the Sunday.

£20 for the Saturday course, please book in advance.

Sunday 18 March, 10.30am-3.00pm Refuge guided retreat day
