General information

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The courses comprise two one-hour sessions with a coffee/tea break and a chance to ask questions and browse our bookshop.

Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness. Learn how reduce depression, anxiety, worry, stress and tension. And how to increase self-esteem, confidence, and inner good qualities. Meditation and mindfulness helps us to relax, find inner peace and be happier. Mental and physical well-being is improved as well as gaining a more positive outlook on life and better relationships.

Teacher: Kelsang Rak-ma is an English Buddhist nun with over 16 years experience of teaching meditation.
