These meditation classes are suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience of meditation. They give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation, mindfulness, good posture, types of meditation, and how to start a daily meditation practice. Advice is also given on how to remain peaceful in daily life by applying the meditation techniques explained in these classes.

Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness. Learn how reduce depression, anxiety, worry, stress and tension. And how to increase self-esteem, confidence, and inner good qualities. Meditation and mindfulness helps us to relax, find inner peace and be happier. Mental and physical well-being is improved as well as gaining a more positive outlook on life and better relationships.

Embark on an inner journey leading to increasing levels of mental peace. On this course we will learn meditations that enable a deep inner transformation of mind. We will also learn how to use the experiences and understanding that we develop in meditation to bring benefit in our daily life.
