Stop the world, I want to get off!

Saturday 14 July, 10.30am – 3.00pm

Drolma Centre, Peterborough

Buddha’s teaching on the Eight Worldly Concerns explained how worrying about happiness, suffering, wealth, poverty, praise, criticism, good reputation and bad reputation can be great obstacles to our spiritual progress, because we easily waste our time and energy either acquiring or avoiding them. This day course will examine the problems we experience because of these concerns and see how we can remain peaceful and content whatever our circumstances.

Each session will consist of guided meditations and a talk.

With meditation teacher Sue Leeks
