Life can be tough. Join local Buddhist meditation teacher, Jane, to explore the real causes of our everyday problems and discover how meditation can equip you with practical ways of positive thinking to help transform your life. All levels of experience welcome.

General Information

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The courses comprise two one-hour sessions with a coffee/tea break with a chance to ask questions and browse our book shop.

Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness. Learn how reduce depression, anxiety, worry, stress and tension. And how to increase self-esteem, confidence, and inner good qualities. Meditation and mindfulness helps us to relax, find inner peace and be happier. Mental and physical well-being is improved as well as gaining a more positive outlook on life and better relationships.
