Everyone is warmly welcome to join us for a day of guided meditations to deeply relax and refresh body and mind. Leave your daily busyness behind and discover the joy that comes from inner peace.

Kelsang Rak-ma will guide this course and each session will consist of guided meditations and a talk. Everyone is welcome and no experience is required. Perfect for beginners.

Course Fees

£21 per person

Included in Centre Membership and FP Students.

We regret we are unable to give refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the event.

Course Format

10-10.30am: Please log in and join the webinar in plenty of time so you are ready to start at 10.30am

10.30-11.30am: Session 1
12-1pm: Session 2
2.30-3.30pm: Session 3

Each session includes a practical talk to help your meditation experience as well as two relaxing guided meditations.

Everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
