HALF-DAY COURSE: 10.30am – 1.15pm

Treat yourself to a morning away from it all at one of our popular retreat mornings. Using a mix of guided meditations and simple teachings, we will discover the limitless potential of our mind for deep peace, contentment and stillness.

Held in a beautiful converted stone barn, refreshments and lunch are available from the modern and friendly cafe on site. Why not have lunch and then enjoy the rest of the day in this beautiful setting.

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The course comprises two one-hour sessions each with guided meditations and teachings offering practical advice. There will be a coffee/tea break in which you can enjoy the cafe, browse our book stall and ask questions. Seating is on chairs and no special clothing is required.

Course Fees

In line with the revised Eventbrite Policy, you will now receive a refund less the Eventbrite booking fee if you need to cancel.
