As the trees turn to their autumn glory, you are invited to join us in Fineshade Woods for another relaxing woodland retreat. Guided meditations on the nature of our own mind will allow us to go into deepening peace and inner stillness.  

Held in a beautiful converted stone barn, refreshments are available from the modern and friendly Grounds Cafe on site. Why not have lunch and then enjoy the rest of the day in this beautiful setting.

General information

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The course comprises two one-hour sessions with a coffee/tea break with a chance to ask questions and browse our book shop.

Meditation helps us to relax, find inner peace and be happier. Mental and physical well-being is improved as well as gaining a more positive outlook on life and better relationships.

Resident teacher Kelsang Rak-ma

Resident Teacher: Kelsang Rak-ma is an English Buddhist nun with over 16 years’ experience of teaching meditation.
