Treat yourself to a morning away from it all with this light and inspiring course. Enjoy meditations, guided by an experienced meditation teacher, designed to bring about an experience of peace and well-being from within.

Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness. Learn how to reduce depression, anxiety, worry, stress and tension. And how to increase self-esteem, confidence, and inner good qualities. Meditation and mindfulness helps us to relax, find inner peace and be happier. Mental and physical well-being is improved as well as gaining a more positive outlook on life and better relationships.

General information

There are many things to do in Cambridge. We are now offering Meditation Courses and Classes in the heart of the city.

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The half-day course comprises two one-hour sessions with a coffee/tea break with a chance to ask questions and browse our book shop.

The cost is £15 per person (refreshments included). Please book using the BOOK button on the left.
