Is your mind feeling overloaded with too much to handle? On this half day course Kelsang Malaya will guide meditations to calm the mind and teach methods to experience inner peace and contentment just by controlling the mind, without having to depend on external conditions.

You will also learn how to develop your own daily meditation practice.

Suitable for beginners

This course comprises two one-hour sessions with guided meditations and talk.
