Contemplating Death – for a Happy Life

Saturday 23 February 2019

10.30am – 1pm

None of us likes to think about our death, but it is actually one of the most effective and uplifting meditations on the spiritual path. Contemplating our own mortality allows us to let go of our anxieties and irritations and to focus instead on what really counts.
