Monthly meditation classes on Tuesdays 6.30 – 7.30pm

On these monthly classes, discover different aspects of Buddhist meditation and enjoy simple guided meditations to relax and revive. Suitable for all levels – perfect for beginners.

Explore what meditation is and how to use meditation techniques to build your happiness and confidence.

Tuesday 17 March – Meditation for a Happy Life
Meditation is an ancient technique to familiarise our mind with positive states of mind. If our mind is positive, we will experience deep inner peace. If our mind is peaceful, we will be happy.

Tuesday 21 April – Meditation for Inner Peace
Discover meditation techniques to find inner peace. If we have inner peace, we will be truly happy.

Tuesday 12 May – Meditation to Overcome Stress
Stress and anxiety can affect any of us at any time. Learn how to use meditation techniques to overcome stress. 

Tuesday 23 June – Meditation to Improve our Relationships
Love is one of the most positive and peaceful minds we can develop, benefiting ourself, our family, our friends – and the world at large.

Course Fees

£6 per class

Just drop-in and pay on the night.

Included in Centre Membership and FP Students.

Guided meditation

Teaching – practical advice for our daily lives

Guided meditation based on the teaching

Suitable for all levels and perfect for beginners
