Learn to Meditate – in Half a Day

Thought about meditating but not sure where to start? This short course will introduce the basics of meditation and how applying these methods in your everyday life will lead to happiness for yourself and others. Simple guided meditations and practical advice will give you the confidence to begin a personal meditation practice to bring a sense of balance, peace and clarity into your life. Everyone is welcome.

Inner Peace

Saturday 1 February 2020  ¦  10.30am – 1pm 

Real happiness comes from inner peace. Meditation allows you to discover deepening levels of peace through working with your own mind, developing positive minds that lead to happiness for yourself and those around you. The meditations taught here are within the Buddhist tradition but are suitable for anyone and everyone. Beginners warmly welcome.

Course Format

10.15-10.30am: Registration
10.30-11.30am: Session 1
Break
12-1pm: Session 2

Each session includes a practical talk to help your meditation experience as well as two relaxing guided meditations.

Everyone is welcome. Suitable for all levels – perfect for beginners
