The New Year brings new beginnings. Start your year with a fresh and positive approach. Discover the practical benefits that meditation can bring and learn to integrate positive thinking into your daily life to give yourself the power to be happy in 2021.

The retreat sessions are available for 7 days so you may watch at a time to suit you – or watch again!


3 x 20-minute meditations to follow on 10-12 January

Enjoy 3 additional guided 20-minute meditations to keep up the momentum.

Available daily from 6am for 24 hours

Sunday 10 January: Inner peace and relaxation

Relax and disengage the mind from the busyness of everyday life and create a special feeling of inner peace and contentment.

Monday 11 January: Clarity

Overcome your distractions and enjoy the peace and clarity of your mind.

Tuesday 12 January: Positively happy

Heartfelt immeasurable wish for peace and happiness.

This course is for people who are connected with Drolma Buddhist Centre living in and around Peterborough. This includes our branch classes at Boston, Crowland, Ely, Huntingdon, March, Spalding and Stamford and people in those areas. If this does not apply to you, then please contact us at

Please find a comfortable and quiet place that you consider special in your home or room.

Prepare yourself before the class begins by turning off your phone, avoiding distractions, making sure you can focus on the teaching for its duration (each session is approximately one hour).

Have a notebook to write down some of the key points of the teaching that you want to remember and integrate in your life.

Morning Retreat only: £12 per person

Morning Retreat plus 3 x daily meditation session: £20 per person

Retreat Format


10.30-11.30am: Session 1
12.00-1.00pm: Session 2

Each session includes a practical talk to help your meditation experience as well as two guided meditations.
