Join us to learn these simple but profound meditations.

These meditations have so many benefits!  With regular practice, they help to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others.

No previous meditation experience is required.

Suitable for beginners and also for those wanting to refresh their meditation practice, these meditation mornings are a great way to learn basic meditation techniques and to improve and deepen our experience of meditation.

This course comprises two one-hour sessions with guided meditations and talk.
