Saturday 13 October – 10.30am – 3pm

Developing unconditional love and compassion for all living beings is the heart of Buddhist practice. If we truly understand how all living beings wish to be happy and free from suffering, we will come to understand how we can benefit them by developing this strong and beautiful mind of compassion.


General information

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The courses comprise two one-hour sessions with a coffee/tea break with a chance to ask questions and browse our book shop.

Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness. Learn how reduce depression, anxiety, worry, stress and tension. And how to increase self-esteem, confidence, and inner good qualities. Meditation and mindfulness helps us to relax, find inner peace and be happier. Mental and physical well-being is improved as well as gaining a more positive outlook on life and better relationships.
