Growing our Good Heart

As Spring comes to the woods, join us in the comfort of Fineshade Visitor Centre’s stone barn as we engage in guided meditations to grow our good heart of love towards others.

Held in a beautiful converted stone barn, refreshments and lunch are available from the modern and friendly cafe on site. Why not have lunch and then enjoy the rest of the day in this beautiful setting.

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The course comprises two one-hour sessions each with guided meditations and teachings offering practical advice. There will be a coffee/tea break in which you can enjoy the cafe, browse our book stall and ask questions. Seating is on chairs and no special clothing is required.

Course Fees

Free to Centre Members and FP Students.
Please book in advance.

In line with the revised Eventbrite Policy, you will now receive a refund less the Eventbrite booking fee if you need to cancel.
