Meditation is a practical method to help you deal with the stresses and strains of daily life in a more calm, positive and focused way.

Enjoy simple guided meditations and a short talk taken from Buddha’s teachings in the peaceful setting of Drolma Centre’s beautiful meditation room.

You don’t need to be a Buddhist to attend, everyone can find benefit from these timeless instructions. No need to book, just come along.

PLEASE NOTE: The last Tuesday of the month (except during term breaks) will be an hour long class on Coping with Pain with Sue Gunn. Please click COPING WITH PAIN for details.
