Monthly Meditation Classes Near You
Monthly meditation classes on Tuesdays 6.30 – 7.30pm
On these monthly classes, discover different aspects of Buddhist meditation and enjoy simple guided meditations to relax and revive. Learn Buddhist meditation techniques to develop inner peace and methods to help you cope with the difficulties of daily life.
These classes are taught by Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Kelsang Rak-ma who has over 17 years experience of practising and teaching meditation.
The classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of religious belief or meditation experience.
