October Fineshade Wood Meditation Retreat

Saturday 12 October 2019

DAY COURSE: 10.30am – 3.45pm

We can find the truth of Buddha’s teachings in the things we see around us. Join us at Fineshade Wood as it takes on autumn colours, for timely teachings on impermanence – that everything, including our self, is changing and will not last for ever. If we learn to live in that understanding, we can seize every moment to make our life meaningful and to bring happiness to others.

Held in a beautiful converted stone barn, refreshments and lunch are available from the modern and friendly cafe on site. Why not have lunch and then enjoy the rest of the day in this beautiful setting.

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The course comprises two one-hour sessions each with guided meditations and teachings offering practical advice. There will be a coffee/tea break in which you can enjoy the cafe, browse our book stall and ask questions. Seating is on chairs and no special clothing is required.
