Let’s be clear, thinking is necessary. We need to think, reflect, understand and make decisions and so on. Sometimes however, our thoughts become circular, negative, stuck or unclear. We may have a tendency to overthink and find it difficult to “switch off” – which can become exhausting and unproductive. Certain meditations in particular can help us to balance our thoughts and feel calmer as we navigate our busy modern world with all its stress and stimulation.
Join us in this short series of Friday lunchtime sessions to learn methods to gain mental clarity and freedom.
