Everyone wants to be happy. This wish is universal. But do we know where happiness comes from? Do we know how to create it, how to share it and how to prevent it from deteriorating? These teachings and meditations deepen our understanding of happiness and how to put it into practise. Happiness won’t just happen- like anything else in life we have to work for it – we have to choose happiness.

If you would like to make your life meaningful, if you wish to find correct methods to reduce and cease your experience of problems and if you wish to make yourself happy all the time by developing and maintaining a peaceful mind then this is the course for you. Developing determination to transform yourself by changing your habits to those of happy people.

Here we can learn to be happy and overcome our overwhelming dissatisfaction, simplify our life and be able to focus more easily on internal changes.

 Thursday 11 November – Joy

Explore teachings and meditations that enable us to keep a positive mind and overcome negative thoughts. 

Thursday 18 November – Gratitude

We can get so stuck focusing on the negative that we forget to appreciate all the benefit we receive.

 Thursday 25 November – Acceptance

In this class we will learn how to maintain a calm and joyful mind even in the most challenging circumstances.

 Thursday 2 December – Wisdom of inner peace

Cultivate mental peace and gain a taste of the deep peace that lies beneath the surface of our busy mind. 

 Thursday 9 December – Generosity

Discover a special way of giving through meditation.
