What is the mind? How does it work? How can we improve our concentration and other peaceful minds? What is an enlightened mind? Learn the answer to these questions and more, with guided meditations to discover the beautiful and blissful nature of our pure mind.

These meditation classes are suitable for everyone. They give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation, good posture, types of meditation and how to start a daily meditation practice. Advice is also given on how to remain peaceful in daily life by applying the meditation techniques explained in these classes.
