In order to be really happy, we need to understand the relationship between our mind and our world. Purifying our mind of unpeaceful, negative minds through the practice of meditation fulfils our deepest longing for true, lasting happiness. Find out how in this series of practical classes, which offer a mix of guided meditations and short uplifting teachings.

These meditation classes are suitable for everyone. They give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation, good posture, types of meditation and how to start a daily meditation practice. Advice is also given on how to remain peaceful in daily life by applying the meditation techniques explained in these classes.

Join us for a chance to explore major topics on the Buddhist spiritual path, with the emphasis on their practical application in our daily life. Each week will look at a different aspect of Buddha’s teachings, such as Buddhist faith, rebirth, karma and enlightenment. Everyone is welcome, of all faiths and none.
