We tend to make the attainment of happiness more complicated than it actually is.
Buddha explains simple attitudes that we can all learn to cultivate, that increase our happiness and sense of well being.
On this 8 week course we will explore through teachings and guided meditations how we can cultivate positive minds such as contentment, acceptance and joy.

Each week we will learn to understand our own mind :and transform it into more peaceful and positive states:

Week 2: Transforming difficulties and becoming strong through acceptance
Week 3: Connecting with gratitude
Week 4: What makes your heart sing?
Week 5: Inner peace or mental peace is the source of happiness
Week 6: A balanced mind
Week 7: The sublime attitude of cherishing
Week 8: The supreme wealth of compassion
