Meditation is an ancient technique to familiarise our mind with positive states of mind. If our mind is positive, we will experience deep inner peace. If our mind is peaceful, we will be happy. Join Buddhist nun and experienced meditator Kelsang Rak-ma to discover how to build true happiness from within.

These meditation classes are suitable for everyone. The classes give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation, good posture, types of meditation and how to start a daily meditation practice. Advice is also given on how to remain peaceful in daily life by applying the meditation techniques explained in these classes.

These courses also run on Thursday evenings at Drolma Centre and on Thursday lunchtime at Stamford Arts Centre
