Learn to Meditate in Peterborough 22nd October

Sunday 22nd October – 10:30-1pm

Learn the art of meditation and release your inner peace.  Within the mind of each and every one of us is a deep source of peace and happiness.  Often it is hidden or held back by endless distractions or fears.  On this course you can learn how to meditate and discover this peace within yourself.

Course Format

10:15– 10.30pm: Registration
10.30 – 11.30pm: Session 1
12:00 – 1pm: Session 2

Each session includes a practical talk to help your meditation experience as well as two relaxing guided meditations.

Everyone is welcome. Suitable for all levels – perfect for beginners
