We will enjoy a series of light, simple guided meditations to allow you to relax and unwind – and return refreshed and uplifted. There will also be plenty of time to enjoy exploring this vibrant city and to socialise with friends old and new. Everybody welcome regardless of experience.

Spaces are limited, please book early to avoid disappointment.
