Silencing the Inner Critic – Day Course at Drolma Centre

Saturday 7 September 2019
10.30am – 3.30pm

The inner critic is the mind that says ‘I can’t.’ We can often be hard on ourselves, doubting our abilities and lacking confidence. These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work, and make it difficult to realise our full potential in life. On this course we will learn how to use meditation to let go of critical thoughts, be gentle with ourselves and become a more positive, confident and happy person.
