Solving Our Daily Problems – with meditation & Buddhist wisdom

We all have to deal with endless daily problems such as irritation, frustration, anxiety, depression, stress and various other negative minds. To find lasting freedom from such problems we usually seek solutions outside ourself. However, no external method will provide the permanent relief from suffering that we seek.

On this short course we will learn:

  • How to identify our problems and their causes correctly
  • How to solve our daily problems with Buddhist wisdom
  • How to attain real freedom by gaining control over our mind
  • Guided meditations for everyday life

Course Format

10-10.30am: Registration
10.30-11.30am: Session 1
Break
12-1pm: Session 2

Each session includes a practical talk to help your meditation experience as well as two relaxing guided meditations.

Everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
