This peace is a true source of happiness and a reliable solution to our daily problems. Then we can be really happy – and help others to be happy too.

Meditation: Beginning and Improving

A short series of classes designed to get you started with meditation practice, and to encourage you to keep going. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Resident Teacher: Kelsang Rak-ma is an English Buddhist nun with over 16 years experience of teaching meditation.
