Spring Woodland Meditation Retreat at Fineshade Wood

Saturday 18th March 2023

HALF-DAY COURSE: 10.00am – 1.00pm

Everyone is welcome to another of our popular Fineshade Wood retreat mornings. Meditations guided by Buddhist nun and experienced meditator Kelsang Malaya allow you to relax both body and mind and enjoy deepening levels of inner peace.

Come along to our Spring meditation retreat to experience deep relaxation, renew your energy and leave feeling refreshed.  Do you find your mind frequently cluttered with busy or unpleasant thoughts?  Then it’s time to unwind your mind!

This course will introduce simple but effective meditation techniques for living a stress-free life by developing inner peace.

Learning to practice Buddhist meditation and mindfulness allows you to learn to let go of painful thoughts, worried states of mind, and physical and mental tension.

Held in a beautiful converted stone barn, refreshments and lunch are available from the modern and friendly cafe on site. Why not have lunch and then enjoy the rest of the day in this beautiful setting.

No experience of meditation is needed and it is perfect for beginners. The course comprises two one-hour sessions each with guided meditations and teachings offering practical advice. There will be a coffee/tea break in which you can enjoy the cafe, browse our book stall and ask questions. Seating is on chairs and no special clothing is required.

Everyone welcome.
