By harnessing the power of meditation, we can come to understand that happiness IS an option. We can learn to cultivate positive, peaceful minds that make joy and happiness an everyday reality – for ourself and for those we love.

These meditation classes are suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience of meditation. They give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation, good posture, types of meditation, and how to start a daily meditation practice. Advice is also given on how to remain peaceful in daily life by applying the meditation techniques explained in these classes.
