In order to be really happy, we need to understand the relationship between our mind and our world. Purifying our mind of unpeaceful, negative minds through the practice of meditation fulfils our deepest longing for true, lasting happiness. Find out how in this series of practical classes, which offer a mix of guided meditations and short uplifting teachings.

These meditation classes are suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience of meditation. They give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation, good posture, types of meditation, and how to start a daily meditation practice. Advice is also given on how to remain peaceful in daily life by applying the meditation techniques explained in these classes.

Seating will be on chairs and no special clothing is required. We are very sorry but the room is on the first floor and does not have disabled access.
