How to Stop Worrying – Permanently

In our modern busy world there seems to be so much to worry about. Family, relationships, money, job security, our ever lengthening to-do list… Worry and anxiety can dominate our thoughts, disturb our sleep, lead to stress and even depression.

On this half-day course we will learn where worry comes from and how we can gradually gain control of our mind, allowing it to return to its true nature – clear and calm. In this way we can remain happy and untroubled even during the most trying of circumstances.

Course Format

10-10.30am: Registration
10.30-11.30am: Session 1
Break
12-1pm: Session 2

Each session includes a practical talk to help your meditation experience as well as two relaxing guided meditations.

Everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
