Stress and anxiety are neither healthy nor helpful. On this course you will learn simple and effective meditations which bring relief from these painful states of mind and discover how you can become more relaxed and confident.

Everyone is welcome and no experience of meditation is needed

£5 per class

Book for individual classes or you may also come along on the night and pay on the door

Please arrive for the class no later than 5.55pm (we cannot admit late arrivals).

You are required to wear a face covering whilst at the centre (unless exempt).

Please do not attend if you have COVID symptoms.
