Stress and anxiety are neither healthy nor helpful. On this course you will learn simple and effective meditations which bring relief from these painful states of mind and discover how you can become more relaxed and confident.

Everyone is welcome and no experience of meditation is needed

We tend to think that life’s challenging situations are the main causes of our stress and anxiety. Learn how to identify and free yourself from the actual causes of unhappy and painful states of mind, and gain the freedom to enjoy life each and every day.

Imagine a life without stress and anxiety…it would be blissful! Discover how you can live with a happy heart and remain relaxed and peaceful all the time.
