Stress and anxiety are neither healthy nor helpful. On this course you will learn simple and effective meditations which bring relief from these painful states of mind and discover how you can become more relaxed and confident.

Everyone is welcome and no experience of meditation is needed

You may also come along on the night and pay on the door if there is room

You are required to wear a face covering whilst at the centre (unless exempt).

Discover for yourself how you can make beneficial use of all the difficulties that life throws at you by transforming them into genuine opportunities for inner growth and development.

Explore different ways of thinking that will uplift your mind and enable you to maintain a light and joyful attitude at all times.

Learn how you can view and respond to others more constructively and gain the freedom to be at peace however they may behave.
