Learn simple and gentle Buddhist meditation techniques to relax the body and calm the mind, with a chance to explore practical ways to develop inner resilience for the difficulties of everyday life, especially in these challenging times.

Weekly Class Topics

Sunday 8 November:
“Interconnected in Kindness”

Do you feel anxious due to a sense of disconnection from the world around you and other people? Free yourself from this anxiety as you engage in a deeply healing meditation on the kindness of others and realize that we are actually never alone, even during these particularly challenging times.

Sunday 15 November: 
“Happiness and Freedom”

Our age had been dubbed “The Age of Anxiety” even before COVID 19! In these especially difficult times, overcome your own fears and stress through meditating on cherishing others.

Sunday 22 November: “All the Happiness in the World”

Discover how developing the wish for others to be happy is the cure for your anxiety and the cause of your future happiness.

Sunday 29 November: “Deep Peace and Joy”

Apply an antidote to your anxiety through a powerful meditation practice which will grow your precious minds of compassion and love.

Sunday 6 December: “Free and Positive Mind”

Let go of the worries and stress of these challenging times, take on board powerful positive energy, and experience blissful peace and purity.

Please find a comfortable and quiet place that you consider special in your home or room.

Prepare yourself before the class begins by turning off your phone, avoiding distractions, making sure you can focus on the teaching for its duration (normally approximately one hour).

Have a notebook to write down some of the key points of the teaching that you want to remember and integrate in your life.



You will receive a link to the class 1 hour before the class starts and another reminder 10 minutes before.
