Hints and tips for using meditation to de-stress and unwind.
Learn simple, practical meditation and mindfulness techniques to help with coping with exam stress, tiredness and anxiety as well as tips for continued stress-busting at home – especially during the tense preparations for exams.

You do not need to be Buddhist to attend or have any previous experience – everyone is welcome.

£3 per person. This course is suitable for 11-18 year-olds

With meditation teacher Nicola Sarsfield who is a mum with experience of teenagers.
