Take 30 minutes to go within and enjoy guided meditations that will increase your inner peace, clarity of mind and sense of wellbeing.

Everyone is welcome and no experience of meditation is needed

Class Fees

£4 per class

Book full course and get one class free £20

Booking is available for individual classes after the first class of the series

You may also come along on the day and pay on the door

Please arrive for the class no later than 12.55pm (we cannot admit late arrivals).

You are required to wear a face covering whilst at the centre (unless exempt).

HALF TERM

Practise gentle meditations and enjoy a calm and peaceful state of mind, free from any distracting or disturbing thoughts

Tuesday 9 November: An Inner Holiday

Take a well-earned mini-break from your busy daily activities by going within and enjoying a time of mental peace and relaxation.

Tuesday 16 November: Time to Unwind

Let go of all your outer and inner tension and treat yourself to an experience of calm and well-being

Tuesday 23 November: Just Be

Take time out to find some inner peace, which is right there in your mind, just waiting for you to enjoy it!

Tuesday 30 November: A Calm Oasis

You don’t have to travel a long distance to find mental refreshment. Discover how meditation can relax and restore your mind wherever you may be.

Tuesday 7 December: Be Happy Right Now!

Learn how meditation gives you the capacity to choose happier and more positive ways of thinking and feeling.
