Take 30 minutes to go within and enjoy guided meditations that will increase your inner peace, clarity of mind and sense of wellbeing.

Everyone is welcome and no experience of meditation is needed

£4 per class

Booking is recommended and is also available for individual classes

You may also come along on the day and pay on the door if there is room

Please arrive for the class no later than 12.55pm (we cannot admit late arrivals).

You will need to wear a face covering at the centre (unless exempt) but you may remove it when seated in the meditation room or lounge.

Please do not attend if you have COVID symptoms.
