It’s time to unwind and live more lightly. Putting energy into improving our life or being a modern person does not mean we need to be tightly wound. Learning to practice Buddhist meditation and mindfulness allows one to learn to really let go of painful thoughts, worried states of mind, and physical and mental tension. Throughout this 5 week course, we will look at various time-tested strategies within Buddhist teachings to accomplish these aims.
During this course, Kelsang Malaya will explain practical methods and guide meditations allowing you to Unwind The Mind.
This class is also available in Drolma Centre in Peterborough Centre (Thursday’s 7-8pm).
