INNER FREEDOM

“Since purification is the root of future happiness and spiritual realisations, we should strive to cleanse our mind of delusions and negative karma by practicing the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva.  This is a very powerful method of purification”

Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

Through engaging in this practice we can purify and release our mind from negativity and we will find that we will naturally become happier, our mind more flexible, and that our meditation practice in general will become more effective.

Everybody welcome, perfect for beginners and those with more experience.
