Treat yourself to a morning away from it all with this light and inspiring course. Enjoy guided meditations, guided by meditation teacher Sue Gunn, designed to bring about an experience of peace and well-being from within.

Living Life Lightly 

Saturday 20 October 10.30am – 1pm

We generally relate to ourselves in a limited, fixed and ordinary way. This often stops us realising our potential. In this course we look at alternative approaches based on ancient Buddhist wisdom.

Each session will include guided meditations to help us to develop lighter and more flexible minds.

General Information

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The courses comprise two one-hour sessions with a coffee/tea break with a chance to ask questions and browse our book shop.

Discover the power of meditation. Learn how to reduce depression, anxiety, worry, stress and tension. And how to increase self-esteem, confidence, and inner good qualities. Meditation helps us to relax, find inner peace and be happier. Mental and physical well-being is improved as well as gaining a more positive outlook on life and better relationships.
